Frequently asked questions
Is the price on the page really the final price?
Yes, for every tier except Website Design Custom, which is explicitly marked 'from'. Every other tier's price is what you pay at checkout, VAT included.
What if my project doesn't fit neatly into one tier?
Buy the closest tier and note the difference in your project brief, or use /contact for genuinely bespoke scope.
How many revisions do I actually get?
Exactly what's listed on each tier — 2 or 3 rounds on fixed-scope packages, per-batch on the subscription, one on the Strategy Sprint.
What happens to my right of withdrawal once I check out?
It ends once the service is fully performed — checkout asks you to expressly confirm this. Full detail in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you work with clients outside Munich?
Yes — most project communication happens over email and video calls regardless of location.
