Scope
Is the price on the page really the final price?
Yes, for every tier except Website Design Custom, which is explicitly marked 'from' because its scope is agreed before a price is confirmed. Every other tier's price is what you pay at checkout, VAT included.
What if my project doesn't fit neatly into one tier?
Buy the closest tier and note the difference in your project brief, or use /contact for genuinely bespoke scope — we'll tell you plainly if a tier doesn't fit rather than stretch it to cover everything.
What's not included in a fixed-price tier?
Each tier lists it explicitly under 'Not included' — commonly development/build work, structural packaging engineering, or anything a higher tier or a different service covers.
Do you offer fully custom, unlimited-scope engagements?
No — the catalogue is fixed-price by design. Website Design Custom and /contact cover genuinely bespoke needs, scoped and priced in writing before work starts.
Pricing & VAT
Are prices shown including or excluding VAT?
Including — every price on this site is gross, incl. 19% German USt., per German B2C pricing rules. The VAT amount is itemised again at checkout.
I'm a business outside Germany — can I use reverse charge?
Not in the current checkout — a VAT ID field is captured for manual handling, but automatic reverse-charge invoicing isn't built yet. Contact us if this applies to you.
Do you offer payment plans or instalments?
Not currently — packages are paid in full at checkout. The Social & Content Design subscription is billed monthly by design.
Why publish prices when most Munich studios don't?
Because it removes the biggest friction in buying design: not knowing what something costs until after a conversation. Few Munich studios publish their prices — we do.
Process & Turnaround
How many revisions do I actually get?
"Unlimited" only appears where a tier’s data literally says so (Brand Identity Premium). Otherwise it’s exactly the number stated on your tier — 2 or 3 rounds on most fixed-scope packages, per-batch on the subscription, one on the Strategy Sprint.
How fast can you deliver?
Turnaround days are published on every tier and in the table on /process — from 7 business days (Pitch Deck Essentials) up to 30 (E-Commerce Signature).
Do you work remotely, or only with Munich-based clients?
Remotely, by default — most projects run entirely over email and video calls. Munich is where the studio is, not a requirement for who we work with.
What do you need from me to stay on schedule?
A completed project brief at checkout, any existing brand material, and one consolidated round of feedback per revision round — see /process for the full list.
Legal & Refunds
What happens to my right of withdrawal once I check out?
For a digital/design service, German law lets your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal end once the service is fully performed — checkout asks you to expressly confirm you want work to start immediately and accept this. Full detail in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Fixed-scope packages carry a revision-based satisfaction policy — use the included rounds to get it right before final delivery. The Strategy Sprint carries a 24-hour reschedule policy instead, since it’s a scheduled session, not a design deliverable.
Who owns the IP / usage rights to the final files?
Full usage rights for the deliverables listed in your tier transfer to you on final payment.
How is my data handled?
See the Privacy Policy — we collect only what’s needed to deliver and invoice your project (name, email, phone, billing address, project brief), and Google Analytics runs only after you opt in.
