Refund & Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (designsvisions, Keuslinstraße 4, 80798 München, Germany, support@designsvisions.com, +49 179 2118570) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal text below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry for immediately-commenced services

If you requested that the performance of a service should begin during the withdrawal period, and we have fully performed the service before you exercise your right of withdrawal, your right of withdrawal ends at the moment the service is fully performed. At checkout, before placing an order, you are asked to expressly confirm this request (the Widerruf-waiver checkbox). If withdrawal is exercised while performance is only partially complete, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has already been delivered.

Our own service-satisfaction policy (in addition to your statutory rights)

Fixed-scope packages (Brand Identity, Website Design, E-Commerce Store Design, Pitch Deck & Investor Materials, Social & Content Design, Print & Packaging Design): each tier includes a stated number of revision rounds (or "unlimited within tier scope" where the tier says so). These rounds are yours to use, at no extra cost, until the deliverable meets the brief agreed at Discovery.

Social & Content Design (subscription): cancel any time, with no minimum term. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the following month's charge; already-delivered months are not refunded.

Brand Strategy Sprint (scheduled service): free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before your confirmed session. A cancellation or reschedule request made less than 24 hours before the session incurs a fee of 50% of the package price, in addition to and independent of the statutory withdrawal rules above.

Refund method and timing

Where a refund is due — whether by statutory withdrawal or otherwise agreed — it is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us confirming the refund is owed.
