Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern all contracts for design packages purchased through designsvisions.com between designsvisions ("we", "us"), Keuslinstraße 4, 80798 München, Germany, and the buyer ("you"). Deviating terms of yours apply only if we confirm them in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

Package tiers displayed on the site (/services, /pricing) are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By adding a tier to your cart and completing checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in EUR, gross, including 19% German VAT (USt.), exactly as displayed at the time of order. The Website Design "Custom" tier is marked "from" because its final price is agreed in writing before work begins.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full via the payment method selected at checkout. This site currently operates a demonstration ("mock") payment flow; no live transaction or card storage occurs.

5. Scope, revisions and turnaround

Each package tier states its included concepts, revision rounds, deliverables and turnaround in business days on its service page and on /pricing; these figures are part of the contract. Turnaround pauses while we are waiting on your feedback or materials.

6. Delivery

Deliverables are digital design files, delivered electronically in the formats stated on the relevant tier. No physical goods are shipped.

7. The Brand Strategy Sprint — scheduling

The Brand Strategy Sprint is a scheduled, two-day working session. You provide two preferred dates at checkout; we confirm one within one business day. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the confirmed session; within 24 hours incurs a fee of 50% of the package price.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual property and usage rights

Full usage rights to the specific deliverables listed on your purchased tier transfer to you upon receipt of full payment. We may reference completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damage to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breaches of a material contractual obligation, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

11. Data protection

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.

13. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
